The car park is small and overspill can make the narrow lane leading to the ground
a taxing experience to drive down. Entrance is by a single gate by the changing

| Club Information: Sunnybank formed in 1936 as Sunnybank FP, and played in juvenile football up until the outbreak of WW2. In 1946 they amalgamated with Belmont FC and the new club applied to join the Aberdeenshire Junior set-up. They initially played at Linksfield Stadium (latterly known as the Chris Anderson Stadium) and remained there until 1958. They won the Scottish Junior Cup in 1954 in front of 22,600 fans at Hampden, beating Dundee side Lochee Harp 2-1. In 1957 they purchased the site of Heathryfold Park from Lord Hay of Seaton for £360. The ground opened in the summer of 1958. Since the building of Heathryfold Park, a number of housing estates have been built around it which has allowed the club's Social Club to grow and in the late 1980s it had a membership number of over 1000. | Getting There Directions by road: From city centre (Union Street): At east end of Union Street turn left up King Street but turn left again almost immediately into North Street (A946) following this road about a mile northwards. It then becomes the A96 leading out of the north of the city and continue it for around another mile (now called the Great Northern Road). At roundabout, take first left down North Anderson Drive and then take the first left down Manor Avenue. At the end turn right into Rust Drive and then take the first right again into Heathyfold Circle. Veer right at the junction and keep veering right until Heathyfold Park is visible. Nearest Railway Station: Aberdeen Bus routes: A 22 (Purple Line) for Mastrick or a 23 (Yellow Line) bus for Heathryfold will drop you near to Heathryfold Park.
